Cleaning – thorough clean of your property, ensuring water/electric/gas is switched on, bed linen and towels are clean and available before the arrival of you or your guests.
Security – check on your property 1-2 times a month to make sure all is in order.
Maintenance – arrange for minor repairs to be fixed. Advise you of any major problems that might occur in your absence.
Welcome pack – provide water, tea, coffee, milk, sugar, bread, butter, eggs, jam, cheese and toilet paper before you or your guests arrive.
Inventory – property and inventory check after guest departure.
Help – provide emergency phone number and be available to help with any problems while you or your guests are using the property.
End of summer season – close the property safely at the end of the season – making sure that water/electric/gas are completely closed and fridge left open etc.
Information pack – provide local information pack for your guests. This will contain a map and leaflets regarding excursions and attractions in the area.
Bills – water and electric bills to be paid on your behalf.
Transfers – airport transfers to and from accommodation.
Greeting – greeting by one of our company members either on arrival or as soon after as possible (next morning if arrival is during the evening/night)
Advertisement – advertisement of your property in our office and on our web site. Organization and administration of letting procedures.
Swimming pools – cleaning and maintenance of pool throughout the summer season.
Garden – maintenance of garden.
Site – pay any site fees and attend site meetings on your behalf. Any information will be passed on to you.
