Step 1Email or telephone us with your property requirements. Details to include:

2. Location preference
3. Budget
4. No. of bedrooms
5. Reference number (if you have seen a property on our web site)
We do not want to waste your time by showing you properties outside of your budget/requirements so please make sure you send us as much information as possible.
Step 2Once we have received the above details, we will send you confirmation and start a property search based on your requirements.
Step 3You can now book your return flights to Dalaman, Turkey and email us with your flight information. Once we have received your arrival dates, we will send you another confirmation and organise your accommodation in a local hotel and also your airport transfer. We are completely flexible with dates and times so you are free to book your flights to suit yourselves.
Step 4When you arrive at Dalaman airport you will be met and taken to your hotel.
What will happen during my 3/4 day inspection trip?
Example of 4 day inspection trip
Day 1 - You will be picked up from your hotel, by one of our staff, and taken to our office where you will get to meet the rest of the team and have a short discussion on the area and the amenities available. We will then take you around the local area, stop off for lunch and let you get a feel of the place.
Day 2 - You will be picked up by one of our staff and taken to our office where we will show you the properties that we think best fit your property description/requirements. We will then proceed in showing you these properties.
Day 3 - The day will be spent property viewing again and you will have a chance to re-visit any properties and take pictures.
Day 4 - You will get a chance to re-view any properties. We won't pressure you into making a decision. In fact, you may decide to return home and think about the properties you have seen before making a commitment. You should never feel under pressure to make a commitment or sign a contract while property viewing. Of course you may find the very property you are looking for and be in a position to decide there and then and if that is the case, then we will be happy to advise you on the next stage. Should you decide to purchase a property from us, we will refund you the cost of your return flights, 3/4 days accommodation and your return transfers for up to two people.

Rentals
We offer you the chance to advertise your Turkish property for rent on our web site. We can also help with the organization and administration of letting procedures. We charge 10% of the rental price for each week’s rental on every booking we make on your behalf. This covers our admin fees.
